Cheryl is not planning to attend this summer's reunion because her 5 year old granddaughter is very ill with cancer. She has had successful surgery but is now undergoing chemotherapy to kill the remaining cancer cells. She would like all of our prayers for her Texas granddaughter, Madison Jones (3/23/02 from www.sahs62.org)

Hi Darrell,  I hope all goes well with you and your family and that you had a nice holiday weekend.  Just wanted to check in and let you know that Maddy has completed the first experimental chemo and is in the hospital now doing the second
So far all is well, she is taking a drug called TPN to stimulate her appetite and has gained back up to 35lb. and is holding her own so far.
Matt and Amy are taking her to California to see a Dr. there who has had success with a drug just for Neuroblastoma. So keep praying for us, I know God is listening and I don't want him to think our faith is slipping.
